I didn't want to go to the gym today so I worked out in the back yard: 20 kettlebell deadlifts, 24 kg 15 push-ups 20 kettlebell swings, 24 kg 12 push-ups Three rounds. My time: 10:30 Working out at home today gives me more time for guitar practice before tomorrow's lesson.
