Today I got to try the CrossFit Total for the first time. Total your best attempt at three lifts--squat, press, deadlift. You get three attempts at each one. Convert the total to pounds for your score. About the CrossFit Total CrossFit Total rankings I also reached a new deadlift PR of 111 kg after completing the total with 110.
